Pilot Requirements and Guidelines
Pilot Requirements

Must hold (at minimum) an FFA Private Pilot Certificate

Possess a current medical certificate

Have currency to carry passengers in the aircraft they plan to use

Have a current flight review

Complete the Runway Rookies registration form and waiver prior to flight

Adhere to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
Guidelines for Flight

Brief the passengers on what you will and do during the flight including the review of charts and reference points

Stress ramp safety, emphasizing caution around propellers and moving aircraft

Explain the operation of the aircraft door, safety belts, and shoulder harnesses
-
All flights must be conducted during VFR conditions
-
Passengers can have hands-on flight controls but the pilot must remain in control at all times.

No more than 3 passengers can be flown at one time
